I hereby heartily recommend Keys Hotel as both a hotel and Kilimanjaro climb outfitter. We have sent over 2500 climbers up Kilimanjaro over the past 5 years, all with Keys, and have an amazing success rate of over 95%. This is in no small part due to the quality of guides, food, and equipment supplied by the hotel. The hotel itself is good, with clean rooms, hot water and good food. Being slightly out of the town gives it a garden atmosphere, and the pool is a welcoming place to cool off after a long climb. Satellite TV keeps one in touch with the rest of the world. The staff are friendly and efficient. I have personally visited all the hotels in Moshi, and Keys is definitely the best.
